A Life in Motion.

I was born in Naples, a city that teaches you elegance and resilience in equal measure. My career began in public relations — the art of understanding people, anticipating needs, and creating connections that last. But it was a transformative experience in the United States, working with Disney, that opened my eyes to the power of curated experiences. The magic of making every moment enchanted.

From there, I immersed myself fully in the world of travel. I collaborated with Italian tour operators and international partners alike, exploring Europe and Africa, learning every nuance of luxury hospitality across cultures and continents. I became a Station Manager, living in Spain, Egypt, and Greece — each country adding a new layer to my understanding of what discerning travelers truly need.

Since 1996, I have been designing incentive travel experiences that move people — not just geographically, but emotionally. And then came the airports.

The Airport Chapter

Where Precision Meets Passion.

My love for the airport world led me to manage ground assistance operations on a scale that few ever experience. Coordinating the movement of up to 5,000 people in a single day, from country to country, with seamless precision — that is where I learned that true luxury is not about excess. It is about the absence of friction. Every connection timed to the second. Every transfer orchestrated like a symphony. Every passenger feeling like the only passenger.

I also lived and worked aboard a cruise ship, experiencing luxury hospitality from the inside out — 24 hours a day, surrounded by the sea, responsible for the satisfaction of guests who expected perfection at every port of call.

The Rome Era.

In 2001, I moved to Rome and focused my energy entirely on luxury tourism. This was the chapter where I stepped into the world of the truly extraordinary — managing travel and events for royalty, finance leaders, political figures, entertainers, and sports icons. Incentive programs of the highest caliber, designed and executed across Rome and Europe, each one a masterpiece of discretion and precision.

Every client taught me something new. Every event raised the bar. And with each success, my conviction grew stronger: the most precious gift you can give someone is the feeling that everything has been taken care of — completely, quietly, perfectly.

In 2014, like a true fairy tale, I moved to the United States for love. In 2015, Fairy Service was born — a boutique where every client is a friend, followed with passion, their every desire known and anticipated.
